About
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist that has experience of working with a range of clients across the NHS, the charity sector and in student counselling. I have many years experience of working with depression, anxiety, feelings of self-loathing, stress, relationship issues, sexuality, identity, grief, addiction and sexual and physical violence.
I trained at Birkbeck College, University of London and I abide by the ethical codes of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Alongside this I have a background in the creative sector and this informs my way of working; encouraging creativity and flexibility within therapy are intrinsic to my practice.
